Fill out the complete registration form, agree to the terms and conditions, and click “Register”.
You will receive an account confirmation link via email, click it open to confirm your verification and complete your registration.

Go to https://tpp.hikvision.com/Solution/SolutionDetail?Id=232&v=en and click “Login”.
Input your registered email and password in the respective fields and click “Sign In”.

Go to https://tpp.hikvision.com/Solution/SolutionDetail?Id=232&v=en and click “Login”.
Click “Forgot Password?”.
Input your registered email address in the given field and click “Send Reset Password Email”.
You will receive an email from Uniclox with a password reset link, click it open to proceed further.
By clicking on the link, you will be redirected to the password reset page.
Follow the steps on the page to reset your old password and set up a new one.
Save changes.
Login to your account using your new password.

Go to https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=za.co.uniclox.platinum_mobile&hl=en and click “Install”.
Open the app and click “Login”.
Provide your login credentials.
