• Go to https://csonline.eskom.co.za/staticPages/StaticPages/HomePage.htm and click the “Registration” tab.
• Read out the registration details and click “Register”. 
• Fill out the registration form with your personal details. 
• Set up a password and wait for Eskom to verify your details against its database. 
• Once the verification is completed, your account will be registered.

• Input your login credentials in the respective fields and click “Enter” to access your account dashboard.

Eskom Login Forgot Password

If you have forgotten your password, simply follow the below-mentioned steps to reset your old password and set up a new one. 

• Go to https://csonline.eskom.co.za/staticPages/StaticPages/HomePage.htm and click “Login”.
• Click “Forgot Password”. 
• Enter your Eskom account number and click “Submit”.
• You will receive an OTP via email, input it on the screen to reset your old password. 
• Set up a new password and save changes. 
• Login with a new password.
