- Input your email ID and password in the respective fields and click “Login”.

- Go to https://cognito.moya.app/login? and click “Forgot Password”.
- Input your email address in the given field and click “Reset My Password”.
- You will receive a verification pin via email, input it on the screen to reset your old password.
- Set up a new password and save changes.
- Login to your account using your new password.

- Open the app and click “Login”.
